Returns Policy
All refunds must have a receipt.
Items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and intact.
If the packaging is ripped, broken, or altered, the return will not be accepted.
Special orders are not eligible to be returned.
Items that must be returned to the manufacturer are:
Mr. Heaters <$100.00, Water Heaters, Generators, Milwaukee Tools, DeWalt Tools, etc.
Special Order Policy
Special orders require a 100% Deposit at time of order. Deposits on special ordered items are non-refundable and are not eligible to be returned.
Please be very certain of your choice before ordering.
