It may also be used as a covering material for flat or curved structures. The facing material may be formed to a curve with a short radius. Manufactured to meet ASTM C1396 Section 5, ToughRock 1/4 and 3/8 Gypsum Board have a flame spread rating of 15 and smoke developed 0, when tested in accordance with ASTM E84. The core is noncombustible when tested in accordance with ASTM E136.
