An all-purpose alkyd (oil-base) primer-sealer that seals porous surfaces, adheres to glossy surfaces and covers most stains. Dries to touch in 1 hour to a flat white that can be top coated in 2 hours. Helps prevent cedar and redwood bleed through. Can be tinted. Clean up with mineral spirits/paint thinner.
